The attack on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, was a surprise military strike by the Imperial Japanese Navy against the United States naval base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii Territory, on the morning of December 7, 1941. The attack led to the United States' entry into World War II. The four men seen in the first photo were there at Pearl Harbor on that day. They are among the last survivors of that battle. Days after that photo was taken one of the four men passed. This photo series is dedicated to these men.
